The scope of this policy

This policy concerns the public website at capitalregistry.com. Access to the registry itself is credentialed and governed by separate agreement with each party granted access; this policy does not cover that relationship.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If you write to us, we receive what you choose to send, including your email address and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the requesting address and the time of a request, for the security and operation of the site, as is ordinary for any website.

How information is used

Information you send is used only to respond to you and to operate and secure this site. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Hostinger, and email is operated through Google Workspace. Each processes information on our behalf under its own terms.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request its correction or deletion. We will respond within a reasonable period.
